Australian orders are despatched from our workshop in Koo Wee Rup and shipped via Australia Post. Upon dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. International orders are not available at the moment.
If the item is not fit for its purpose or is different for its description, then you may eligible for a refund or exchange, in accordance with your consuming rights under the Australia Consumer Law. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we receive your request within the specified time frame. All sales are final after 14 days of delivery and we are not responsible for return shipping cost. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Item(s) must be returned unworn and in origin condition. We hold the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
